hi i have a os 15 .... i got it used .. and the guy that i got it from said it has hardly any fuel went threw it... it start like a dream.... but i can't find it on tower hiobbies... it has a blue block and a gold head... and my maxx wont shift... he said it is a 2 speed... i dont know if it is either in 1 or 2 gear ... so how do you make it shift? any help would be good... :hammer:

the temp is 222-230... where the shift point? i never have done this before...

That link describes how to lower it, or raise it if the truck was shifting too early.

If it has a blue block and gold head it is an OS .15 CVX Hyper. These were awesome mills but have been discontinued for some time now. I have two of them and I love them. If it wont shift at all follow that link to set your shift point. It may be starting off in second gear which may be the problem. Set the tranny to stock settings and adjust it from there.

i didt get the book .. so i dont know the stock setings...

and when i need a piston and sleeve ... will any os 15 piston and sleeve work?

spyhunter, look at the thread posts above. The link to Traxxas' website is provided and you can download the info you need for the shift points from that link. Screw needing the book, all the info you need is in that link.

OR!! go to eddys sight.. you can get the manuals there in pdf form and get all the info you need.. i think its www.rcdocuments.com ... yep it is i checked :)

BUMP IT UP!!

and READ the stuff in the link if that doesn't work...we shouldn't have to hold your hand and turn the screw for you too.....
