T-Maxx 3.3 tranny questions

*pipes in* You need me? I do know that the new 3.3 shafts are more like full size driveshafts. They aren't dogbones or anything, they have actual u-joints.

Question: what's the difference between constant velocity and regular dogbones or u-joint shafts like the maxx 3.3?

The difference is between CVD's/Traxxas Sliders vs dog bone.

Dog bones have slop and binding issues at angles that CVD's/traxxas sliders do not.

CVD's are typically steel shafts whereas the sliders are plastic.
