umm i still have to get the robinson racing tranny gears and arm extenders, clutch and flywheel and i think thats it for now.

Oh... you did end up buying it. I didn't realize when you asked me about it that the arms weren't 2.5 arms, but rather original maxx arms... that kind of stinks. Did you find out after you bought it?

yea but ill just get the extenders... but I'm happy with it i got some alum ladder bars from fasteddy also for it

I think the wide maxx rims were made for the older 15 maxx with the narrower stance. A friend of mine has them on his 21 maxx that already has the 2.5 length arms. It really makes it wide. Almost square if you measure from tire to tire, side to side, front to back.

I doubt it would be much cheaper than using the extenders though. But it may be less likely to break.

Well, it's not quite a square, but it's definitly noticable:

His is the yellow and blue on the far right. My 21 maxx with normal rims and 2.5 arms is in the middle. My 2.5 chassis and arms maxx is on the far end. I have neither of my maxx's anymore.

ok heres the update on my t-maxx I'm now trying to sell it because i want a rc10gt but it still needs the tranny gears and center cvds i tryed to run it and stripped the primary gear in 2 mins lol :) figured i would show an update on it...
