Everything works fine when I turn everything on but once I start the engine I have no throttle servo or steering shut off engine everything works? Anybody have an idea

So your saying that your electronics stop responding only when the engine is running?

Loose connection somewhere. If you have a switch, try bypassing it and plug the battery directly in the receiver. Just for a test. A lot of times, the switches get corroded with time and the solder joints on the wires to the switch crack causing connection when there's no vibration and no connection when there is vibration.

If your losing both steering and throttle, it's the connection from the battery to the receiver somewhere. Bypassing the switch skips 1 extra connection, 4 (or 2) solder joints and the switch.

Yes when engine is off everything works engine is running nothing works.

It's a new battery switch wire, one new servo, new receiver, new batterys

Batteries? As in 4 AA's in a spring loaded holder?

If so, remove the holder from the truck when running and hold the battery pack in your hand. I've had holders that hugged the cells too tight which with vibration or bumps, the battery would move just enough and stay moved from the positive post that it wouldn't work.

+1 for what olds just said...I too have had more than 1, 4 cell battery holder go bad!..solder joints go bad easily. .just toss it and do yourself a favor and upgrade to a hump pack
