Hey I am new to this nitro truck stuff so i just bought a rush off of ebay with two engines. Everything is in great shape as if only used a few times. Anyways the .12R SS that was on there when I got it was very sluggish acceleration until it got going then it was humming. It was like it had no torque. So I like off-roading and I wanted some more torque so I put in the T-15 which gave me a little torque but not really running great. So anyways I was just inquiring to know which one do you guys think that is a better engine for off-road use. I think the 12 is but I just don't know how to torque it down so that It will have more get up and go. Thanks for any help.

You may want to search the site for tuning hints.
Either one should push your Rush just fine unless they were not properly broken in or are damaged.

Well as far as the .12 the carb seems to be set at the best position to get the motor running right. Like I said it is great once you get moving just if you stop it can't get going again or very slowly. Do you think that getting less teeth on the clutch bell would help any?..I have a 14 tooth on now. Or can I change the clutch setting in anyway that may help. Sorry for being a noob and I have tried to look all this up just couldn't find any quality information that would help. Thanks again.
