Hey guys, I was wondering since I`m buying a used PBS the guy said to switch from blue thunder 20% to 30% o`Donnel will the blend mess up the engine or due anything to it I need to know?:puke:

As long as you retune the engine you can run almost any fuel you choose. Granted some fuels with higher percentages can decrease the life of the engine, personally I think that's hogwash.

I don't think the blend would mess it up, but I would run two or three tanks on the rich side to get the motor used to the hight nitro content. But other than that it should be fine

just change the glow plug to a cold (7 or 8) new plug and run a tank at idle. After that, you should be able to start leaning out your needles.

Ok, this is what I`ll do idle one tank then run 3 on rich side then lean it to normal but how rich what temp?

Ya that sounds good to me. Just try to keep it around 230. But just richin up the needles like half turn. Then retune.....Nick
