i have a GV Motors Dominator with the stock standard suspesion settings. i have local track with jumps on it. can any one give me some settings so that i want bottom out and skrew up my suspesion?

Heavier oil and stiffer springs. As a general rule, keep the front a little stiffer than the back. You'll have to see what works for you.

Do you have clamping collars on your shocks? If so, you won't need spacers. Adjust them a little bit at a time. Maybe start in 1/4 inch increments or so. Keep them even.

Ah, better yet. Easiest set-up to play around with. You can even count the threads that are above the collar to keep your pre-load perfectly even from side to side. If one side of the vehicle is heavier than the other, remember to take that into account.

i've played around with them and i've wound up and down about 10 threads at a time and it doesn't really make much difference. is that normal?

I can't see how it wouldn't. Springs will only get so stiff, though. You may want to pick up some stiffer springs. Heavier shock oil is really what makes a suspension stiffer. Springs control the ride height for the most part.
