No school for me that is, until May 8.

Background: I wanted to do a prank. I have to do it while I’m a junior since if the seniors do one they don’t get out of school early. So I get some keys to a Miata and decided this kid’s car is going in the student lounge (kind of like a small lunch room). I check everything and it will fit good. I recruit two kids to hold the doors (bad call, should have propped them). By the way. I go to a private school.

Today: So I check out at 10:15 so I can get it in there by our break at 10:30, all the kids will be there. I drive it on a side walk in some tight turns and make it to the door. I have a mask on (BAD CALL! CAN’T see ANYTHING!) and they open the door and I start to go. One kid LETS GO OF THE DOOR leading to a crash as you can assume. I figure, hell, I’m screwed and head to the headmaster’s office and I tell the assistant principle what I’ve done because the headmaster is gone. She is awe-stuck and cannot even respond. After a minute or two she gets out a “yes, yes you’re in trouble, stay here.”(like I was going somewhere...) Later on the headmaster comes in and says...of course “what were you thinking?!??!?!” as if I have a good response to that.....

One thing go to the next and I chat with my mom (teacher at the school). The headmaster tells me I'm suspended till May 8th. He also said I owe $4000 for the door. I laughed and was escorted to my car....

My parents are angry I owe so much money, so I’m job hunting and may have to sell my paintball stuff...?

I have been getting calls all day saying I’m the bad *** of the school and now immortal. (as I said, private school)

1) you should have just left
2) get an actual estimate from the company who is doing the work to replace the door. No way its 4k just for knocking the door off the hinges.
3) your accomplices are dumbasses, they should have to pay a portion of the door fee. beat the snot out of them until they do.
4) your the bigger dumbass for having acomplices. should have just done it yourself and no-one would be the wiser.
5) tell everyone to eff off if they keep calling you at home.
6) thought about it, yep your still a dumbass.


Side note: as a Senior in high school, 6 of us broke into the school around midnight and painted a floor to ceiling mural 12' wide on one of the blank cement walls near the gym 2 days before graduation. Although the school never found out who did it, (or at least we never received any punishment or recognition) they liked it so much they started allowing all senior classes to paint a mural. (huge school that had over 5000 kids 9-12 grade with ALOT of blank cement walls) Its been 14 years since I graduated and our mural is still there as of Dec 05.

My class played a prank on our old alma mater. They dumped foor coloring in the pool. The filtration sytem was ruined and cost at least 20 K to remove and replace.The pool surface still to this day looks purple.

na i've already paid for the car and have cash left. i had a lot left from my last job. i also have another job now so i'm not worried about it. my parents may have to pay but ill make it up by the end of summer

Our last day at school we had about 74 underclassmen get up on our steps going up to the front doors. We told them we wanted a group picture, while they were setting up we had 8 or 9 of us on the roof with pails full of water. When they said say cheese we dumped the h2o. The good ol days!
