Hey,
I bought a 2nd hand Savage XL - it's a Big Block 5.9 engine.
I took it to have it tuned by an RC Shop - and all was well.
I did a bit of a front flip in it (accidental, but if anything the front right wheel took the brunt of it)
This wasn't at a massively high speed - and the car landed on its wheels and I thought nothing of it - given what I've seen the XL do on YouTube.
About 5 mins later - the car just took off - at full revs - breaks having no effect whatsoever.
I put the car on a block, and the same happened again - as soon as revs were applied. Oddly, the wheels twitched as if being moved by servos.
When switched off - the servos function normally, trigger opens the carb, brake closes the carb fully. There is also a spring attached to pull the carb shut.
This problem only happens when the engine is running..
Anyone any ideas?
Batteries are fully charged.
