STS d30m, is it dead?

I do have airflow out the muffler, I just didn't have any liquid gas coming out of it (I had that with my buggy when trying to get it to start for the first time). It doesn't prime until I plug the pipe so in afterthought that shouldn't be the problem.

I managed to get it started today in the 30 degree weather by preheating the truck with a space heater, priming the fuel and then getting a drill that spun at about twice the speed and leaving the drill engaged for 30-45 seconds. I know that is a no-no as you are supposed to do bursts but they weren't working. Hopefully I can get this baby tuned up today and running in tip-top shape. It did wheelies on demand with plenty of blue smoke so it appears to have plenty of life left in the engine .
