I never said the car wasn't fast i just didnt see how those older cars was made so light weight, lol.....I can kinda get in o this. My dad had a '66 Chevelle SS all original...the knee knocker tacha nd all. 396 BB 750 holley double pumper. lol i remember it growing up, red interior black with black vinvl tope...i wish i wouldnt have sold it for that damn corvette

I'm not sure about domestics but isnt a 418 carb? I dont know about domestic poop so dont kill me. If it is carb wouldnt a supercharger just work better. I wanna see pics of the TT setup
 
No carbes here.. I'm going EFI.

Night now I'm in the collecting parts stage. Turbos are sitting by my feet as I type. I'm in the middle of redoing the short block.

NICE finally a domestic other than just a 700000cui and spray....what size spoolers are those...T28? or a T3/T4 i can't tell much about those.

damn those are some crazy turbo manifolds....they go forward intead of back.....sweet....You still need like 1000000000 NOS stickers or some some TYPE R Badges, lol j/k
 
t3/t4 60/63's Should be fine for only pushing 12psi through 418cubes.

I've never messed with turbos, I've done Juice, and a sc befor So I figured Id give some spool time and see how it goes.

The only thing I'm worried about is with such small turbos these things are gona spool quick on lotsa cubes. I've been told they will be at full spool around 3k and prob Max trq and boost all under 4k rpm.

if so Ohhhhh boy its gona be fun tryin to hook this beast up. Mark and I are guessing a conservative 500+ hp and over 700ft lbs trq

i got a freind who runs on 20% meth this poop is scary fast after the turbo kicks in

I'm doing a mustang right now its a 64.5 I'm gonna go with a 347 stroker and a 55mm turbo i think then ill run it on the track till its toast.


my dad used to work on dragsters a lot if any of u are over 45 u might remember some of the old b/altered using t buckets as bodies and crappy ass tires by todays standards

I'm no expert but i think the TQ will be lower. 2 t3/t4(yes i answered right) should spool up fast. Again I'm not a v8 man but it think she spool should last a little longer. If you have to go with a big ass tubo set up, that way the block can pull the car nicely off the line with less spin and when the tubo spools up.....gone

I have a TurboXS Boost Controller if your interested...look next to the buddy on the table. $50 bucks cheap

Just got your e-mail.. No need for the MBC you know how easy it is to make one of them. Plug I have 2 race gates. by innovatie turbo.

with the big cid the turbos are gona spool quick.(be at full boost 12psi ,is what I was refeing to by 3k) I should go with twin PT76's but this is just a Toy not a full out race car.. should still pull to 6200 easy but the 60/63's will start to run outa steam that high.
