I have a savage 25 and i have all stock servos, and they are a pain.
i was wondering if u guys usually replace ur stock servos and/or radio thanks

Yes most people usually do this upgrade first. Whats your problem with them? I personally have not upgraded servos, only replaced one because it stripped the bearings.

my throttle servo is reaally glitchy and it always sticks and then i gotta give it gas and let of over and over to get it unstuck
my steering servo sometimes just stops working
i just got the revese module so i need 1 new servo for reverse so i figure i should just upgrade my other servos while I'm at it

sounds like ya got some interfiernce (Some metal on metal) somewhere. Id check that out before ya buy anything. How old is the servo's/rig?

Either interference or binding on the throttle servo, check the throttle linkages really well, especially the 90 degree elbow the server attaches to on the side of the chassis in front of the tank. Also check the slider movement at the carb without the servo attached to it.

If that's all good check for metal to metal, that usually makes the servo's twitchy not lock in place.

When my stock steering servo went it lost the ability to center itself when the drive gear stripped, so it would intermittently stop working too! untill it was completely stripped, then it just clicked and tried to move.
