Most likely you will have to solder on battery connectors(I recommend EC5 plugs), and depending on motor and ESC, the wires between those to components. Make sure you get a good soldering iron/station. You need a thick heavy tip and good wattage to solder the thicker wires(10awg and up). And do not use lead free solder, it's utter useless to work with. It has a higher flow point than rosin core solder and is more brittle.
