my truck is running good except the steering servo. when I turn slightly it almost acts like its gliching, but a little more and it acts normal. and I replaced all of the batteries and made shure that the wires to the recever is in and it is. do you know whats wrong?

Time to Upgrade mike Go ask dad for 40 bucks to get a hitech 645 .. X

his dad might not let him....we all know that only the Traxxas 2055 fits in the tmaxx. None of the upgrades will actually fit because they weren't made for the T.

Hay X, I heard both bad and good about that servo. How does it work for you, or what have you heard?

I have been hearing that they break easy, but if you say they work well for you, Cool! I think ill pick one up.

what about the servos that comes with the xr2 from jr. thats the only spear I got

Man I know one person that broke a 645 he sent it in and they warranted it. I run 645 in all my Truck steering aplications and have never had an issue. I personally have only seen people talk smack about them when they are Airtronics fanboys. But I don't have 110 to drop on an overrated Airtronics steering servo when people know that they over rate their specs...X

I run HiTec's digital big brother to the 645 (5645MG) as my steering servo. For the $50 I spent on each of two that I have, I feel the money was well spent. We're talking a hi-torque servo that is metal geared, has no problem recentering and produces up to 170 oz-in of torque for a 6 volt set-up. We're talking awesome power for low price.

I gotta agree, I have the Hitech 645 on my steering and a Hitech 625 on the throttle. Both work great and I've had no problems with either. Go to ServoCity. They are good people and don't charge shipping!

ND beat me to it! Give them a try. good prices, and free shipping!

dvantage of the high speed transmission of my radio, but it needs digital servos. Is there a difference between digital and the.... what is it... analogue?
