Hello. I have a question regarding my steering servo.

Whenever I turn the wheel to the right, it and let go, it centers back and the wheels are straight. Whenever I turn the wheels to the left, and let go, it also centers back-----but not the the same position as when I did this when I turned the wheels right and let go. It centers a little more to the left. The wheels are centering differently when I turn different directions. This is the case when I turn from lock to lock, and a little. It is a KO PROPO 2144 metal gear digital servo. I checked the first "plastic gear" and it does not seem stripped. Is this normal, or a servo malfunction? I know its not the car because it did the same thing in another car of mine.

Thanks in advance!

You should get the following servo and it will solve all your problems...Airtronics AIR 94758Z Competition High Speed/High Torque Digital Metal Gear Servo.

The problem might actually be that the control (radio) may not be going all the way back to center. I actually noticed that if my steering wheel did not return all the way to dead center the wheels will point just slightly whichever direction the radio has told it to point so you may actually want to upgrade the radio I am in the middle of debating on whether or not to upgrade my radio as well to solve the problem plus I am tired of using different controls for each car.
