steering knuckles locked up??

so i installed new bulks, rpm arms, and put everything together and now it,doesn't turn. so i disconnected the steering rods.and the knuckles are really stiff. i pulled the knuckles off, and put a couple of drops on the upper and lower pivot balls. and still stiff? what the hell??. thanks brandon

Loosen the pillow balls until they move free, but have no slop.

May not be the pillow balls themselves, but rather the cup cap on the axle carrier. You want them just barely snug so there isn't any slop, but very little binding.

The pillow balls are the part that screws into the a arm. The cap is the part that holds them. What olds stated is what I meant, only he said it right!

Just make sure you clean the oil or grease that you put on 'em first. That crap will attract dirt.
