starter box

hey, i just got a starter box off ebay and its the one that comes with the hyper 7 and I'm gonna use it on my rs4 3 and it says i can hook it up to a car battery with the leads included but i don't think the guy included them so what can i do to make it use the car battery and not have to buy a gell cell battery? cause kinda low on funds...

you will need to mod the box. I have the same one.I don't use that one anymore. As far as I know it accepts only stick packs. Someone on the forum did a mod to it to allow the external use of a battery.

go to your lhs and tell them you need 2 crocodile plugs and 2 2m
wires - and+ to connect to your car accu. should cost you below 5 dollar.

i got the same thing. iam using my car's accu to power the starter box.
works very good

how do i know wich one is positive and negative on the motor? or what do i hook it up to on the starter box?

the good thing about the motor on the starter box will spin either way depending which lead is on the + and which is on the -. All I did was hook it up and make sure its spinning to the left (while looking at the box from the rear)
