Here's a project I started that you can either finish making into a crawler, change into a racer or use as is. Incorporating a string from one axle up to the chassis and down to the other side of the axle allows the truck to keep a low stance (upper links level as they should be) while maintaining full articulation. The string can be replaced with wire or cable if you like but it should have no problems lasting.

There is no radio tray in the truck. What I would do is using velcro, mount electrics on the inside plates. Less weight is better. It's already showing signs of good balance as the picture shows, it can rest on its side.

While you could buy this truck and run it as is, I will say that it still needs some fine tuning as to shock placement on the links, replace a few spacers here and there (they are as the chassis came), etc.

What's included:

Power Chassis replica with links
Axles (unlocked) in great cond. w/bearings
Gold shocks
Electrifly T-600 motors (brand new) equivalent to Mayhems
Dev2k Upper link mounts (brand new)
Rear steer locked out (homemade so you should replace this)
120oz steering servo

What you'll need:
ESC
Radio

What you might want to do:
Crawler: lock diffs, better tires, narrow wheels, have fun
Racer: remove chassis squatter, install faster motors, better tires
Basher: run as it is

Ok, class dismissed. :D

$275 (check the list again, brand new motors, upper link mounts, etc)
