Stampede Diff Problem?

Well on the back wheel of my stampede when I turn one side the other stays still.. As far as i remember and on every other car i have ( 4wd's ) when one spins other should go the opposite direction.

Am i loosing it? lol

I figured as much. Any insight in to what that might be? If i hold my thumb on the spur and turn one wheel it acts like it should.. the other goes in the opposite direction
