Stampede 2wd

I have 2 stampedes one is basically stock except I upgrade from bushing to bearing and run on 2S.
My other one I just got it has lots of upgrades namely it has velinion 3s upgrade all it does is stand on wheelie bar and I have lost total interest in it. Any suggestions the only RC I have not upgraded is my senton 4X4 BRUSHED. I prefer 4wd I love bashing.

You csn extend it to help with the front end lift or maybe convert it to a rustler, slash, or drag slash?

I did an old school 4wd convert on my 2wd. Slapped a second tranny on that front and modded the driveshafts to turn. Just need an esc that does 2 motors.

I love my 2wd Stampede "the wife drives it" and I keep it on 2s. So much more controllable.

That's primarily why I have never been interested in monster trucks. They would be fun for about 5.3 seconds for me.

Keep 'em both if you love the first one... parts vehicle. Buy what fancies you.

I really enjoy driving my Gorgon in 2s with its stock, brushed motor.
I am well in touch with high speed RC too and its fun.
There is something about driving this truck that just really makes me smile.

Maybe detuning the wheelie machine slightly could reignite some interest?

I wish I saved pics. They used to be online 18 years ago but this new age internet burried them. I might do the conversion again and document it for and . I looked it up a year ago and got tge same stampede 4x4 kit.

Basically you md the front to accept a rranny and rear skid plate. I first came across it in 2005 and it was starting in 2002 or so.

Oh, well. I tried. There are all kinds of videos on the Tube with Stampede conversions if you like tinkering. The best Traxxas conversions I'd seen were from JANG on RCU with his 4x4 Stampede "Shapeshifter" mini truggy and winning a race with the thing.
