Either too lean and not getting enough fuel, Or too rich and flooding it out. Is there any fuel comming from the stinger on the pipe? Do you have any temperature readings? Bog down at take off?

It probably lean. The 3.0 usually will still run when its really rich.

When in doubt, put your needles back to the factory settings and see what happens.

i had a g 3.0 and that little bugger is one tough engine as long as it is ran rich run it lean and you will only see about 2 gallons out of it. Also they say not to move the lsn from factory setting
