i'm looking for a ssmt they were only sold at toys r us but are no longer made i'm trying to make a 1/64 scaler out of a model truck it's been done before but i would like to try it and they look so real if you do it right

ssmt axles are for a 1:24 scale size rc car, and will be way too big for 1:64. Plus since they are discontinued for quite some time now if you do find a set it will probably run you about a hundered bucks. Good luck in your search though, be sure to post up pics of your build.
That's not 1/64, it's 1/24 scale, 1/64 scale is the size of a hot wheel or matchbox car. Read the credits at the beginning of the vid it even says 1/24. The ssmt axles are used for 1/24 scale trucks. The first gen ssmt may have been considered 1/43 because they were set up like a monster truck, not a scaler. The F-150 in that vid is a hybrid xmod with ssmt axles. Those first gen axles are very hard to come by now, and are quite expensive when they do show up.
