What would they look like if they are worn or defective?

Also, what bearings do i need to check. Any type of diagram would be nice since i havent taken the truck completly apart yet.
On each axle carrier there are 2 bearings

There are two bearings in the first picture. Those are the bearings I would look at.

I know it wont hurt anything its just i can still hear the dang squeek all the way across my yard. It just gets so anoying because it is so high pitched.

I know its not the shocks cuz when i am just driving flat it does it.

I just remembered something, it squeeks more when i turn to either side!

I dont drive it that much, I'm only on my 3rd gallon of running around the yard. So i dont know why it would be the diff.

Did you say 3rd gallon? Didn't you just get this Savage?

There's your problem, man. You may need to check to make sure the steering posts are lubed up. Could also be the servo saver spring needs a shot of WD as well.

I got my savage for Christmas. Why?
No I thought you just got the savage like this month. I would have been impressed if you got 3 gallons already. Back to the point.

Good idea monkey wrench, i'll try that tomorow and see how it works.

you're right jon2. That would be impressive to get 3 gallons in this month. i would also declare myself insane for spending that much on gas in a month, haha!

I have 2 savages, an origanal .21BB and an SS. Both squeek when they are rolled across the floor but I havnt noticed it when driving them. I'm not to overly concered with it, I check my rc's regularly(probably to much), I like to wrench on em'? I say let it squeek, if there is a problem it will show up sooner or later.

ok, all of this looking and it turns out to be something that NEVER crossed my mind. Normally i just let my truck run out of gas but on Easter i had to because my mom wanted me in the house. So i got a rag to turn off the truck and when i applied pressure to the exaust it moved up. So i looked and the set screw was gone. When i moved it up and down it squeeked. i just siliconed it tight and what a ya know. The SQUEEK IS FINALLY GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know, it was just so simple as that. But yet so hard to think of because it is the last place youd look. I only discovered it cuz it had to shut it off using a rag. guess i'm glad i had to!
