Okay a couple months ago my moms boyfriend stole my Savage and sent it to EHobbyHouse to have a Spectrum DX3.0 and reverse module installed for my birthday. The only problem is when he picked it up he forgot how to switch it into reverse. Now my question is how do you switch to reverse?

If I remember correctly, the stupid DX3 reverse channel switch is a 3 position switch, forward, center, back. It toggles itself back to center when you let off if I'm not mistaken. It's kind of a pain to get it to work right. I had a heck of a time getting it to work on a buddies LST2. Then 2 weeks later, he decided he didn't want reverse anymore and did the FOC.

The channel 3 switch on my airtronics MX3 is a 2 position switch, so it goes a full 160 degrees if I want it to and stays where I put it until I switch it back.

if it is a dx3.0 then reverse should be on the handle where your thumb goes its little and skinny and all you should have to do is opush it for rev and push again for foward. Hope this helps

Yeah thats why I was told to do but it puts it in like neutral. I'll rev it but it wont go any where then I hit it again and I go forward.

then you might have to adjust your linkage and make it work right also in you settings your ch 3 minght not be set right for travel. You might have to go into your setting and make sure your aux end point is turned all the way up and then you should have no problems. Hope this helps

may also need to adjust the throtle endpoint for when moving to rev. may not be pulling it far enough. the DX3 and 3.0 allow for end point adj on the 3rd channel i beleive.

How do I access the 3rd channel?

And another question I use it for my Savage and My Jammin' so how do you set up each model memory?

the scroll and select. those two buttons will scroll thru the menu options, and select, when you scroll thru, you ll see chn 3, you need to select that and find End Point. one will move the horn farther to one direction, while the other will do the same to the other direction.

The owners manual has this very well laid out and explained. is really an informative read.

Well I had the manual until my cousin decide to "read" it and never saw it again. Shes only 7 and is great at misplacing things. Haha. Well I have to wait to see if it works now. My battery pack decided to just die on me(fresh charge) and the Savage sat in the dirt digging holes at WOT for about 45 seconds before I could get up the hill to kill it. Long story short the engine is ka-put. Anyone willing to donate an engine to a good cause? LOL. Thanks for the help guys.

You can't be without a manual if you're trying to set up a computer radio. Do a search on line. Brand, model # plus the word manual. You'll be able to find a PDF file that you can download and print.
