hey guys i was just talking to a guy on another forum and he has a HPI nitro mt2 for sale that has been converted to electric....it needs a few parts..shocks and other stuff like electrics...but anyway i was asking him what he wanted for it and he said it would like a ofna fail safe and $20 for shipping so somebody elsy offered him $25 + $20 shipping and he said he would take that but then the buy that made the offer backed down so now i am thinking about this..does it sound like a good deal?? $20+$25??...like i said needs shocks and elecs..

A very good deal actually....I got mine for 150....granted it was the kit SS version in a RTR platform...near mint condition....so $50 is not too shabby.

ya its a roller...all it has on it for electrics is a steering servo

I think you are going to need $100 in electronics for it. That doesn't include the $50 in shocks. I would pass unless you really want to tackle that kind of project...

i need some help with electrical stuff now lol....i've been looking at esc/motor combo's on amain and there are so many different ones i have NO idea what i'm doing....i need some help on which one i would need and what kv and stuff..i have no idea what any of that meens lol..help

i also just found THIS...does that look ok?

or should i just get a radio tray and gas tank and servo and convert bac to nitro??....i have a engine i could use

Have you looked at the video of the flux truck yet??? If not look at the power that Flux motor has it will make the Savage do standing backflips!!!!!!!!

yea it would be good might be too much even!! the Savage is pretty heavy compaired to the MT2 but it would fly!!!! Check youtube there are a couple on there with brushless conversions you can see what there running..

ok sweet...i'll pick one up soon..probobly early in next month....i got about $600 for my birthday..well not got but am alowd to spend lol....i allready have $300 reserved for a 1/16 e-revo so i'll pic up one of these when i actually get the money lol...i'm going to have to put up a thread to get some help with the electrical set up cause i literally know NOTHING lmao

oh and i got the truck for $40shipped..i'm paying the guy on thursday or friday...

also the savage flux can run on two 2s lipo's right??...so does that meen i could run this on two 2s lipo's???
