okay. i told you all that i had broken both front bulkheads and a lower a-arm on my thrid tank of break-in. Well, i went to the LHS and bought replacements. After doing all the repairs, i put in the fourth tank of gas and planned on finishing break-in. I was letting my lil bro start the truck (he's 6 and is thrilled just to start it). Well, about half-way through the fourth tank, he went to start it, burned himself on the head, fell right on top of the truck, and broke yet another front bulhead. It was cold.

I am sick of taking the whole front end of the truck apart to change the bulkheads (since I'm new to the hobby it took me FOREVER the first time, i got the whole thing back together and then realized that the differential was in backwards).

SO, now for the questions:

1. What are some good aluminum bulkheads that are a good price.

2. Would it also be a good idea to get all RPM A-arms?

Thanx a lot guys!

I'm not to sure on the Alum Bulks.Going with RPM A-Arms all around would be a good thing to do..They are super strong and nothing beats the warranty on them.:D

You will need to define what a good price is. What I and others consider a good price might be too rich for your wallet.

There are a variety of aluminum aftermarket bulkheads out there. The quality runs with the price...lower price = lower quality (but NOT always).

As for the RPM, you can never go wrong with RPM products.

Integy has high qual al bulks for around $30 a set. I have used them and liked them.

Yes, get rpm. I have original on the rear and rpm on the front. I've never broken the rear arms. It's been 4 months. I've broken the front arms 5 times and the front bulks 8 times. Since i've replaced with al bulks and rpm arms, i've had 0 breaks of either. (2 months)
