Does anybody make tires for the T or E maxx for running on ice like a frozen lake? If not any suggestions for "studding"

try Proline tires. but i have seen people make chains for their tires out of small hardwear chain like the stuff at home improvement stores

A favorite for running on a frozen lake is thumb tacks, super glued from inside the tires. You'll have to start with old well worn tires, or grind the treads off so you get as much 'tack' as possible on the ice.
Be carefull picking it up though.

Thanks for the ideas. I thought about screws but it doesn't look like I can get them short enough

Cool. I'll be starting on my chains this afternoon. Thanks!!! I wonder if little nuts and bolts would add to the mayhem :jk:

I've come up with what I think will be some nice chains. I have them on my site heres the link Tire chains here's a little pic this set is on HPI dirt bones. I'll also be doing a set on ProLine Bow Ties
