Snow Bashing

I'm sorry for having useless info, but I live in Florida where it never snows... even when the whole country has snow falling, we didn't get any

I understand. Its just I have a really sweet snow track I made that will be back to my lawn in a week or two, so I really just want the most out of it while I have it. So far I have put a pre filter over the stock traxxas pre filter and filter seems to work for a tank befor its soaked.

Does any one know any tricks to keeping the air filter dry while bashing in the snow?

you could probably put a partially sealed bag around the air filter, but I just made tinfoil mud/snow flaps on my truck to keep it from kicking snow up into all the inner workings... it's nice cause they're easy to remove and dispose of when the snow is gone.

Pictures?

I've heard of people putting bags on their filters. Of course, you have to either poke a few holes in it or not seal it completely

Here is my idea... I took the cap off of the can of paint and drilled 11/64 holes on half of the cap. It fits perfectly over the air filter. I noticed I bent a push rod yesterday. The snow is really fun to bash when it melts alittle then freezes. This happened here and its like the mini salt (snow) flats for rc. :D
