Does anybody have there slayer go either left or right when they are under hard acceleration? if so what can fix this? i already put the rear springs in front and put the white springs on rear handles so much better with those and going to add swaybars tomorrow.

OHHH YEAH:whhooo: Don't forget about breaking. my new Slayer sometimes pulls to either side when accelerating or breaking.
+1 to swaybars (I've been thinking about that) She loves to roll on the street and the pillow balls are weak (just got RPM steering knuckles)
So anyway .... you are not the only one:D Just give her A LITTLE BIT of a turn with your right fingers to straighten her out

My slayer drives straight and stops straight. It will follow the slope of the road though. Anyways get it in the dirt where it belongs. lol These things love to bounce on the pavement.
Well bounce tumble bounce flip bounce flip bounce tumble land on wheels and go. LOL

Maybe a hub has some play in it? I would go RPM hubs. For some reason the hubs on the slayer like to crack too easy. I broke one during break-in. LOL

i am on the dirt my local track the straighaway is dusty concrete i have noticed a lil play tho driving it yesterday i was thinking of upgrading the hubs so i may just do it anyway

Even Traxxas has an upgraded hub that is around the same price as stock. Just in-case the price of say the RPM was scaring you away.

Also have you check the toe-in on the front end? Maybe one tire is off more than the other. There never perfect from the factory. Since your on dirt try setting the toe out a little to help you in the turns. (not like the slayer needs it. LOL)

price isnt a factor when i am fixing a potential problem i got the rpm's and they are being dyed as i write this post actually.:D

The plastic is more of a Nylon, and you can use Rit fabric dye to dye the parts. Just follow the stovetop directions, and use a pot that will be big enough to fit your parts (and that no one else cares about... You definitely don't want to eat food cooked in it after you dye in it).

the rpms i had on front broke the very next day i put them on so i went and got me a set of rd racing for all four corners hopefully it cures the problem

you broke a set of RPM arms? if so, take them back to you lhs. RPM will replace them free of charge.

they refunded me my money and i got the billet rd racing ones id love to see how they work but my ez start motor broke off the start housing when i broke the rpm arms iin the same crash :(
