Slash 4x4 long-travel parts list?

I saw a badass long travel slash the other day online and was thinking about hooking mine LT too . I looked a little online but couldn't find a real parts list . Just a bunch of crappy YouTube videos nothing really informative. Let me know what you guys think ? Good or bad idea good parts to use parts to stay away from. You know the Deal !! Thanks .
