Looks like Chrome is pushing out their latest update which is version 56 and a lot of the sites you might visit could be showing the message "Not secure", like so:

One of the biggest changes in version 56 of Chrome is this added warning to all sites that do not serve their webpages as HTTPS and have a credit card or password field on the webpage (most online forums do have a password box on every page if you're not logged in). This push from Chrome is their way to further push the importance of encrypting web traffic that are sending passwords and/or credit cards and Chrome is not alone as Firefox will be doing the same thing any day now as reported here.

I've known this was coming for a while now and just one more reason why RCNT has been secure for nearly a year now.

I expect now that the most popular browser and soon to follow Firefox will be showing these types of messages that all of us will see more and more sites also start loading as HTTPS.
