Does anyone have this motor on there T-MAxx. I need more power and I think this is the only direct bolt on motor that is out there. Is this the best? And how much faster will it take My Tmaxx. I NEED MORE POWER!!!!!

i do not have this engine but i have heard and seen them go. they are way better than the 2.5. u will have more power and speed.

tmaxxbaron, several of us in this forum have or have had the Sirio TX-18 in our T Maxxes. It is probably the best direct fit replacement on the market. Be sure to get the pipe part # S18200001 that matches mill and make sure the supplied turbo head button is installed so you can enjoy all of the new found power. Yes it has quite a bit more power.

I have it and yes its about the best direct drop in you can get for a new T-maxx.

I do, but havent ran the Maxx yet. Should have the bugs with the truck fixed 2morrow. Prev. owner put spools in it and but the Front diff in backwards

I don't think there IS anything faster out there without going to a big block. Mine runs awesome, about 50% faster than the old 2.5. It is absolutely sick and sounds angry with their pipe. BTW, it is a zero maintenance item, starts and runs without having to play with it. PLUS, it is still electric start:thumbup:

I'm running the Sirio and it rocks. It's a true performer. According to Fantom's claims, ther .18 puts out 1.95hp vs Sirio's 1.9. I've never ran or have seen the Fantom run, so I can't comment on it's performance, but if it's like Fantom's other engines it's a high-rpm screamer!.
You will definately not be dissapointed with the Sirio. As a side note, replacement parts for the Sirio aren't cheap.
