First, I did search for an answer to this question, but couldn't find what I am looking for.

Second, I intend to convert my Revo to a single steering servo set-up. Wondering if there is a step-by-step guide to this or is as simple as taking one of the servos off and replacing the steering arm with the Proline? I looked on Traxxas' site and found nothing there as well.

My apologies if this is redundant and if I missed it in the search. If someone know the thread where the answer lies, just let me know.

Thanks!

All I did was took out the stock servo's, pulled the swivel end off of one side of the steering cross bar (nearest the receiver box) and installed my single servo on the throttle/revers servo side with a new servo horn. The traxxas servo splines are the same as futaba. I installed a hitec 645MG on mine.

I didn't even cut it yet. In fact, I haven't driven it since I got the 645MG. I had a futaba S3305 on it, but I moved that to throttle/brake and now have the 645MG as steering.

I have the servo by the throttle servo box instead of the receiver because the hole in the chassis is easier to get to on that side. I made a plastic rectangle to cover the other hole by the reciever box where the old servo used to be. I don't know if it will help keep dirt out, but it just looked funny seeing a big hole there.

yup that is what I did too. I put in the hitec servo and filed down the servo saver it is very easy and more powerful than the 2 servos.
