Just to clear things up a bit with the radio talk.

Positive shift= Airtronics/Sanwa, JR/Graupner, KO

Negative shift=Futaba, Hitec and a shitload of RTR radios.

I would suggest to be on the safer side you can use the JR sport RS600 which is a FM universal receiver. It can be used on positive as well as negative shift RX.

Hope this makes things more simpler
