They shouldn't if it's at idle. If they are when it's idling, your idle could be to high, your CB bearings are going out and causing drag or your CB clutch spring is fatigued and isn't keeping the shoes in.
 
funny you say that, I lost one of my clutch shoes yesterday. I have to get a clutch rebuild kit I guess. Also my throttle servo was sticking basicaly in the closed position when I gave it gas. does this mean I have to replace that servo? I'm going to adjust my idle first so when I pick up truck from the ground the tires wont spin and proceed to adjusting clutch
