Do I have to put in 90 to 100 shock oil in the integey shocks the or can I put lighter oil in them

The inside of the shock body is teflon coated and the shafts are Nitride treated titanium.

Are those the same as the ones Hamz recommended? Some people list the stock Revo shocks as the upgrades. I get confused over which is the Real McCoy.
I think the cheap ones are the stockers. Gotta watch out for that crap.
