Most likely because you have the black transmission with reverse.
It is the nature of that setup to Buck forward at low engine rpms due to the design of the internal clutches in the output gears. If the idle is set low enough it should not buck. The spur gear should not be spinning, (or spinning just slightly due to the friction of the bearings in the clutch bell) when the engine is at idle. If the spur is spinning fast enough to engage the internal clutches in the transmission your idle is too high and/or the clutch spring is weak.
A forward only conversion or the No Buck mod will eliminate the buck, but if the idle is still too high the truck will still creap forward at idle.
