I wonder how they'll do with a mamba monster on 6S? If one motor does good on 3S, then I'm thinking that two motors will do better on 6S, right?

MMM will blow up before you get a good pull with motors. :D:hehe:
I have been reading very bad things on the MMM I hope Castle get the problem fixed soon. I want a Losi 8 converted to brushless. :D

lmao, thats about right too. I'm waiting on them to get the problem straightened out at well, I have three projects lined up for them. Novak sucks, and now I can't count on castle. I guess I'm going to have to spend $800 on an ESC that will handle 15S or something stupid like that just to get a decent system.

Chip,
Which KK Zero you running? I can't tell from the pics. I'm looking at the 4.0

I know I'm a pain in the butt,But you have to stick with the one's in the KNOW!!! LOL!!

Thanks!

The kk 3.5 with kk lower links and a kk electro tray, 4 inch losi with 1/2 internal limiter on the shocks

Ron, if you haven't had a set of Losi shocks yet, you're in for quite a treat. I knew they would be nice, but I didn't know ANYONE made RC shocks of that caliber, much less Losi or anyone else. They are smooth as butter, feel juuuuust riiiiiiiiiiiiigh, and they take less than half the time of other shocks to build because of the way they were designed. I will run Losi shocks on every rig I possibly can from now on out, I just wish they made them in 1/5 scale.

Some guy at the GBModels comp (in the UK) was bemoaning the fact that running Losi crawler shocks destroys your ground clearance if you are running sprung on a shafty because they are shorter than Axial shocks. I run shortened Axial shocks anyway, I figure he was talking out of his hat.

Sounds to me like he was talking out of his ass. If a person wanted to make the Losi shocks longer, you can instal a 25 cent HPI rod end and have a longer shock. But you don't always need a longer shock. Like Chip said, he's running limiters.

Thanks Chip.

Charlie, I've been running Losi shocks for years, I have raced Losi vehicles for over 14 years. There shocks are the best there is! PERIOD! I had to race other vehicles only because they had no 1/8 scale cars. Now all my vehicles are Losi, other than my crawlers. LOSI ALL THE WAY BABY!!!!!

Sorry Ron, I knew you've run lots of Losi shocks, I meant to say "Losi Crawler Shocks".

So are you running the Losi shocks on your crawlers yet?
