i have a revo 2.5R and the ez start broke so i got a box for it. the starter is still on it cuz i dont have a back plate for it and need help. i want to change the set up too. nothing to big, but i herd the carbon fiber vantage chassie (3.3) with the 2.5R on it would be good. i want to get a wing also, the vantage carbon fiber one for the revo, know anything on any of that would help me out.

thanks

Personally the vantage chassis isn't any good unless your a racer. If you want the length get the revo Platinum chassis. And traxxas makes a wing that holds up really well for a lot cheaper.

Buy the JConcepts wing, Tekno Wing mount, and a Platinum Chassis. The carbon fiber stuff will break if you land wrong or (in the case of the wing) if you land on the back at all. THe plastic wings are much more flexible. I can bend my wing (JConcepts) almost all the way around like I'm wringing a towel. Trust me, you will regret buying those things.

ok so carbon is crap... lol but how do i get a hold of a platinum chassis?? i looked all i find is the truck? and what about a back plate??

Check out e-bay for the chassis. Worst case just get a regular 3.3 chassis (they are the same length). You will also have to upgrade your diveshafts in order to make the 2.5 equipment work on the 3.3. I suggest getting on rcuniverse forums because I have seen a lot of stuff about conversions from 2.5 to 3.3 on there. As far as the backplate goes, check out any of the following:
