After a serious head-on collision...is it possible to compromise the steering servo motor?
- I have re-assembled the unit and it seems that the firestorm steering is sticky or stiff....is it time for a new servo?

First I would disconnect the servo and make sure the steering linkage is working good.

Sounds like you bent something. I'd do what Alien suggests before bothering with a new servo.
