Servo Question

Hey guys. Being new to the sport, I'm gonna have questions so here goes. I would like to upgrade the servo on my savageX. In doing that I would like to read up and get familure with them. Example..what types, how they work, what will work in my truck, just a good basic understanding of how and why they work. I don't really need someone to tell me which one I need, that will come later. But for now more of a imformation question. Is there a site or book that will explain what I'm looking for.

Thanks olds, I also took Ratzo's lead and went to Servo City site and they explained the servo thing fairly well.
