I am having an issue with the gears not aligned properly I will try to upload some pics. When I installed everything the belt trys to move off track making noise. Clearly something not right here. Design flaw or do you guys notice anything? Thanks in advance.

Here are some pics. You can see the belt moves off gear 1/3 of the way.

The belts are coming off because the jack shafts are not all square or in line to each other.

Any shaft from the spur gear is a jack or lay shaft that transmits power to other shafts. The belt pullies need to be aliened or are not parallel or square to each other. You will have to adjust the pully gears so the belts don't wander off opposite gear.

it does look like on the front shaft you are missing some flanged washer pieces that help keep the belt on the tensioner/guide pull, and a retainer plate that goes on the outside of the front pully.

On the rear shaft, it appears in the manual that the pulley is held on by a grub screw, it also appears you may be able to shim the rear pulley out slightly.

i would contact the manufacturer and determine what they recommend regarding the situation. with the guards it may retain it just fine, and is intended for on power torque flex, or it might jsut be wrong where they might have drilled holes incorrectly.

Hello and thank you for the reply. Yes indeed missing the end piece that keeps the belt from rolling off. Serpent America is sending out the part. Thank you for your replies they worked for me. Cheers.
