Ok the truck won't be here until monday but i want to start thinking about what all its going to be getting.

So far i have ordered the waterproof XL5 esc for it and thats it. Power will be from a polyquest 2S lipo but i don't know what mah yet. I am thinking about the traxxas waterproof steering servo as well. I think its the 2075. Finally i will be getting a 35T motor (warrior maybe?) with an outerwears cover.

Thoughts, opinions, smart remarks anyone?

have you thought about what body your gonna use? (dont tell me the stock body please) lol.

I'm using traxxas waterproof servo, and i have had no problems with it. XL 5 is a good choice to, its what I'm running in the f350

The xl5 doesn't have lipo cutoff though does it?

sweet. i'll get one on order.

i can build a cutoff if i need to. I definately want to run lipo tho. you can't beat the runtime and constant current supply.

yeah lipo's the only way to go...i get upwards of 3 hours of hard run time on all my scalers with 2200 3s...f250 will be cool.

Traxxas 2075 is great i've soaked the crap out of the one that came on my slash.. It's fast and tough. Tons of torque for a plastic servo as well:D

i got some sweet wheels if u dont wanna run them beadlocks....look at SnG jeep pics.

What do you guys think about these?

Integy. Normally I would say avoid integy, however I have heard good things about these rims with the exception of the screws. Smaxxin can tell you which screws he used when he had a set. The hexes on the screws suck. I really like the look of them though. But you can buy these exact same wheels only with the topcad brand rather than Integy for $36 shipped on the bay, where as from RPP they are $40, plus $8 shipping.

I meant the tires. Lol. Thanks for the info however.

There may not be a 1:1 like it but if there was, every mud truck would have it. This is going to be a muddin machine! I need some knarly tires

Yeah they look like boggers but the tread seems too tight imo

i can't decide between 1.9's or 2.2's

this is killing me
