not sure if this is where i should post this but......i want to find a scale v8 engine, dont really care what it is as far as what its scaled of....(350,454,571) doesn't really matter, just need to look real and be the right size for a 1/8th lid....any place that might have something like this????

well i wouldnt get that one, it was just an idea, but i can't find any smaller than 1/6th.....

ok yeah, the parma is prolly what i will go with, will look good in the jk....

RCA, yep, still have the body, it's never been run on the car yet.

Rolex, the HPI cuda is the one with the lexan blower. The Parma body has the shaker hood scoop. They sent me one of those hemi kits along with the body, it was a total surprise, Mark from Parma told me when he was sending the lid, he saw the hemis and just figured why not throw a hemi in the box too. :D

NC: I hope you get that mill built. It would be a shame to cut that pretty shaker hood open but that blower sticking out would be well worth it. I already think your stuff rocks but that would be the sh*t my friend!

Did you send pics to Parma, or did they send the Cuda back to you?

I think I was thinking of the El Camino lid. Is that cast in the hood, or an add on?

I just sent them pics, I got to keep the body, also the rims, the engine, all the paints and masking material. :p:

On the HPI ElCamino, the blower is molded into the hood, as well as the HPI Savage cuda, but on the HPI Bronco it comes as a seperate piece that can be added on if you choose to.

I have other plans for that hemi. It won't be used for a while but I do have plans for it. :D

Oh, NO.
Here's the first sentence on that page:

Unfortunately, the 427 engine that many of you have been so familiar with, is no longer in production. Like the V-10, most of the molds for the 427 engine were destroyed in a catastrophic fire at the foundry.

Other than that, I think it's a bit of an overkill for what he's looking for.:\
