Nice! It's funny because today I am actually ordering the Wrangler SCX10 II that you have after I get home from work. How do you like it? I was torn between the Wrangler, the Cherokee RTR and the Cherokee kit. I am going with the Wrangler because of the metal gears in the transmission over the Cherokee RTR and since I am new to the crawling game I didn't want to get a kit and be in it for $800 in case I don't like it. I think that my first upgrade are going to be Vanquish beadlocks though since the metal rims look nice on these things and bring the center of gravity down.

I went with the Cherokee kit, HW 1080 esc and a titan 21t 550. Runs great. Very impressed with it as a trail truck.

Ill go with the kit again
I dont like the rtr
Links electronics have to go lol
Not worth it
So ill upgrade almost everything on this rtr

Go with the kit not the crc unlimited

The battery tray is 148mm long and 32.5mm wide, so any battery that is shorter than 148mm and less than 32.5mm thick will work.
The SMC Racing 4500mah packs will fit but the 5400mah is about 5mm too thick(you might be able to squeeze one in there).
