savage xl not starting

hi i have a savage xl and its not starting any one know whats wrong?

is it roto or pull start? if its roto is the motor turning over at all but not starting???

yes it turns over but not starting its a roto start

check to see if there is an air bubble in fuel line

Check your glow plug. Take it out and make sure it lights up.

one thing how do you get air bubbles out of fuel lines?
