pretty hard to understand, but i will try.
1: is this a new truck/engine? what type is it?
you may need to take aircleaner off , get a medium sized paperclip, and adjust your idle gap, and set your other carb needles back to "from factory" settings. then tune from there.you also may need to seal the motor: Hi-temp RTV on the in the seal the backplate, the carb hold down screw, and the needles
oil is supposed to come out of exhaust, Nitro motors get their lubrication from the oil added into the fuel you buy
