hi iv just brought a savage x an I'm having a few problems, 1st the roto star didnt wrk so i took the late f an got i goin aain. now it starts it wont keep running when i pull throttle over so ma revs it stalls, also it trys to rev its self an spin the wheels! the last time i tried it the exhuast has spat out aload of what looks like oil. id be very greatful if some1 good help me asap. thanks

pretty hard to understand, but i will try.
1: is this a new truck/engine? what type is it?
you may need to take aircleaner off , get a medium sized paperclip, and adjust your idle gap, and set your other carb needles back to "from factory" settings. then tune from there.you also may need to seal the motor: Hi-temp RTV on the in the seal the backplate, the carb hold down screw, and the needles

oil is supposed to come out of exhaust, Nitro motors get their lubrication from the oil added into the fuel you buy

setting idle gap:

If its used....Id pull it all apart and clean everything up real good and then oil everything back up seal it as I'm putting it back together and then Id read up on THIS article from ERCM on how to set your carb gap and tune your engine.
