Is the toe-in and camber factory pre-set without adjustment? I'm working on a guy's Savage, and after putting the engine back in I notice that the wheels all look a bit out of whack.
I'm familiar with the TMaxx setup. Camber and toe-in can both be adjusted on all 4 wheels. The tie rods have a hex, and it comes with a wrench. The camber can be adjusted through the wheel spokes with an allen key.
I don't see any of this on the Savage, even after taking a wheel off.
If I remove a tie rod, can I adjust it by turning the ends in or out? I don't see any threads exposed, so I don't want to take one off and then break something that doesn't turn.
Thanks for any info.

On my Savage SS, 2 types of upper arms were provided. One set is one piece plastic which can't be adjusted. The other set is 3 piece adjustable. I installed the latter. I am guessing the truck you have has the one piece upper arms in which case the camber is pre-set and can't be adjusted.
The toe needs to be adjusted with the tie rods. I installed Lunsford rods which of course are easy to adjust. I don't remember what type of rods came stock.

one of my back tires was cocked in a little too much so i took off the tie rod and screwed or unscrewed the plastic ends a little and it looked even after that.
