savage stalls at half throttle

hi i have a savage and when I'm accelerating it dies every time also i Had just put a new owb in and when the roto start spins it makes a weird poping noise.

I don't know with the popping noise, if its the savage x 4.6 its just normal.
But have you tried to lean the hsn maby a quarter turn?
I think that the reason to the engine dies when you go half throttle is that the engine drowens.

sorry to wast your time after a couple hours of tuning i had no zip ties on the exhaust manifold
