final stage 4.webp Heres one pic

OK I can't post anymore photos cuz there is no more room?........WOW

Ok olds what makes you say that. the pic is not the one I should have posted. It doesn't show you the way its put together it is very strong the bars are made of 6061 T6 solid 5/16 round aluminum with 3/16 aluminum Dianomd Plating as the hood and roof. the bars extend all the way down to the floor of the shock tower

But only time will tell. its also bolted together with 6-32 flat head screws and roll pins. I think (HOPE) that it will last a while.

Boutch the lights dont work yet I have to wire up the lights..I plan on led lights and hot glueing the wires into the light fixture

THANKS GUYS FOR THE SUPPORT.

i agree with olds, i think it will bend at the base of the "windshield" but it does look cool

I use 5/16" cold steel and it bends. The aluminum of the same gauge I could bend in my hands pretty easily (compared to the steel). The steel requires a torch to bend it by hand.

I'm not saying the design is bad or anything. It looks really good. I just think 6061 aluminum is going to be pretty soft. 7075 or titanium would be more stout though.

I think it's going to bend at the base of the windshield like RP suggested. I hope it doesn't, because you did a nice job, but my gut says if it bends, it will bend there.

It's way better looking than the mess I make out of a roll bar...
